About
Why Countercue exists.
The counter is where a business talks to its customers most, and measures them least.
Why it exists
Head office knows what was sold. It does not know what was asked for and never arrived, what was offered and turned down, what someone took instead, or why they left without buying. That conversation happens thousands of times a day, in every branch, and then it is gone.
Countercue exists to make that part of the business legible: not by watching people, but by turning what happens at the counter into structured events that head office can act on.
What we believe
We measure events, not people. Nobody is identified and no member of staff is scored.
Reports are at branch and shift level. Individual-level reporting is not an option we can switch on later.
Where the data lives and how long it stays is the operator's decision, not ours.
These are architectural commitments, not settings. They shaped what the product can do, and what it will never do.
How we work
Countercue is built in Türkiye and sold directly in Türkiye and Europe. In other markets we work through authorized partners, who handle local installation, first-line support and the relationship with the operator.
The platform is deliberately simple to put in place: your own team sets up the device, and it keeps itself up to date from there. No specialist visit, and no integration needed to start.
Built in Türkiye; sold and supported directly.
Local installation, first-line support and the operator relationship.
No specialist visit; the device keeps itself current.
Where this goes
Countercue starts with what happens at the counter: what was asked for, offered, accepted and missed.
Next, those findings become daily work: alerts, follow-ups, and comparisons that show which branch solved a problem first.
Beyond that, the counter becomes one signal among several, read together with the operating data a chain already has, so a branch can be understood as a whole rather than one measure at a time.
